It wasn’t until Caroline came into the studio for her one year photos that I realized I have never photographed her parents before! I have photographed her big sister for years, but this was the first family photo session we have done! The girls was as sweet as always and it just made me smile to see how much they would love on their mommy and daddy during the family photos.
If you ever want to be entertained… then just invite over the Chism kids! They are absolutely hysterical and kept me in giggles throughout their family photo session in downtown Tallahassee.
Happy Birthday to Kaitlyn! She was in Tallahassee to celebrate her first birthday this last weekend and we were able to add her first birthday pictures to the celebration as well! I am so glad we were able to photograph her full baby portrait plan, even though the family moved away. I have loved getting to see them every few months and being an excuse for a Tallahassee visit always makes the grandparents love me!

Olyn and I competed in the Tallahassee Professional Photographers Guild monthly print competition last night and we are so excited to share the results! Olyn won for the category “Portrait of a Group”. I entered the maximum number of prints in the competition and I won for all of them! I won for: Commercial, Portrait of Two, Portrait of a Man and Portrait of a Woman. Most excitingly, I won the overall Print of the Month of the Month with my Portrait of a Woman.

When you think “Spring Break” you think of wild college parties in Daytona Beach, but for most kids out on Spring Break, time with parents, grandparents and cousins is whats on the agenda. For the Pargman family, they all convened in Tallahassee for some time together as a family and for the kids to hang out as cousins. Although it was Spring Break, the weather was quite wintery! We had a great time being silly and trying to keep warm! I am so glad we could get everyone together for a fun family photo before they have to race back to the real world!
