Gibson has always been a super easy baby! For all of his Watch Me Grow plan sessions he was so sweet and smiley! Then we go and schedule his one year portraits for first thing on a Saturday morning. Let’s just say Mr. Gibson was not amused! Fortunately, my crazy monkey antics worked to get him to smile! So, while I acted a fool for Gibson (and his parents), Olyn got to be behind the camera!
There is only one word to describe Miss Kennedy– BUSY! She just turned one and now that she is walking, there is no stopping this little gal! She had no patience for hugs and kisses from her mom and dad during the session, she had to explore! If only we could have that much energy as adults!

To honor all the moms out there in time for Mother’s Day, we will be offering our Mommy & Me Portrait Special on Saturday, April 6th. There is no session fee for the all black and white mini-session of moms with their children and this year, we are expanding the special to also include dad! Whether the child is 4 months or 40, these quick take portraits are a chance to capture that very special relationship between a mother and child.
Children can be of any age and sessions can include multiple generations with grandmothers on down to babies (Each session can accommodate up to six people). There is a $99 minimum order for each session (Nonrefundable, due at the time of booking) and all sessions are by appointment only. Our most popular portrait event of the year is back! The Ducks and Bunnies Limited Edition portrait sessions will be March 7-10th outside our studio. The 30 minute sessions are only $29 for up to two siblings or $49 for a family portrait session.

I hate it when my babies finish their Watch Me Grow portrait plans! I have loved photographing baby Caroline and also her big brother for his first year! It always bums me out when I realize that they aren’t babies anymore and I won’t get to see them very often! It was a great way to end her plan, with a family photo session at Maclay Gardens in Tallahassee!
