I was so honored when fellow photographer Beth Johnson asked me to create her first family portrait. Beth is a wonderful friend, and one of the least difficult or demanding people I have ever met. I had the greatest laugh when Baby M decided that for her portrait session she would be a bit of a diva. 🙂 Of course it would be the photographer’s baby who refused to sleep for her newborn portraits! Despite her best efforts, we did manage to get her to sleep and I just love how their family portraits turned out!

I just love seeing families grow! A few years ago we photographed Big Brother G at Maclay Gardens and now that Little Brother C is turning one, it was his turn! I am so happy that the Stevens family will have a beautiful wall portrait from each of their boy’s one year portrait session!

The Colston Family may look like a group of grown-ups, but after a few minutes, you can see that this group never lost their childish sense of fun. Being with such a rowdy, funny family means you just can’t help smiling! They were such a hoot for their session and I was still laughing as I sorted through their images!

I am in denial that the Charles kids are this big now. Miss N was barely talking when I did her first session and the boys have been coming to me since they were just a few days old! Now, Miss N is full of sass and is so incredibly smart and funny! The boys are already causing trouble and picking on each other– its just amazing how quickly time passes!
