Since so many people have asked me to tell them about my recent Lasik surgery, I thought I would share it here for everyone. I hate it when my babies finish their Watch Me Grow portrait plans! I have loved photographing baby Caroline and also her big brother for his first year! It always bums me out when I realize that they aren’t babies anymore and I won’t get to see them very often! It was a great way to end her plan, with a family photo session at Maclay Gardens in Tallahassee!
Last week at the Tallahassee Professional Photographers Guild monthly print competition, I was overjoyed to have three of my four prints win categories! I won for Portrait of a Couple, Portrait of a Man and for Commercial. YEA! The prints are all voted on by Tallahassee Professional Photographers and it really means so much when my peers select my work as the best, especially when there is SO much talent in our group!

I can’t believe its been a year since we started Baby Lucy’s Watch Me Grow baby portrait plan! She is still so teeny I really had to double check the date to be sure she was a year old! She is one baby who is definitely in charge of her world. Lucy knows what she likes and what she doesn’t… and she won’t hesitate to let you know!
Ahhh! I adore six month old baby photo sessions! Six month old babies are just so perfect and fun! They sit up and giggle at everything, but usually they don’t crawl off yet. Its the most fun photo session in our baby portrait plans and Helaina was a super model! She is so sweet and giggly… definitely the perfect cure for my baby girl-itis! 🙂
