Belcher Family Maternity

So excited for this new journey with the Belcher family! It all started MANY years ago with an engagement session, then a wedding, then the first maternity, first baby and now maternity with baby #2! I LOVE when I have the privilege of photographing a family throughout their journey. Its so incredibly rewarding and it allows us to build a relationship where I really know their style, their personality and the things they love. Now we are in the countdown for baby #2 and I am hoping she holds out until COVID19 calms down a bit more in Tallahassee so her daddy can be in the delivery room! Y’all cross your fingers and say a prayer with me!

Vickers Family

After years of being a “girls only” family the Vickers Family is adding a baby boy! Yay! The girls are so excited to be big sisters and love on their little brother! The one good thing about a stay-home order is that you get lots and lots of extra sibling snuggle time with the new baby!

I am so glad we were able to do maternity portraits for this beautiful family before the shut down!

Ducks and Bunnies– March 27-29, 2020

Its that time of year! Our biggest mini-session event each year is back just in time for Easter! Ducks & Bunnies mini-sessions will be photographed in our studio gardens March 27, 28 and 29, 2020.

Each thirty minute session can accommodate families of up to six. We photograph the whole family, some portraits of just the kids and lots of fun interactions with the animals!

The session fee includes your session time, retouching of all the final images and an in-studio order session to make your purchase decisions. All prints, products and digital files are purchased separately.

The studio has been so busy in the last year that I have neglected to post a LOT of celebration posts about how my images have done in competition! I have made a New Years resolution to celebrate more and share with y’all all the exciting news!!

This month at the Tallahassee Professional Photographers Guild meeting my images won Best Group Portrait and Best Portrait of a Child… and then I won the overall Print of the Month! Yay! Its even more meaningful to me because of the images that won these titles.

The group image of the Charles family is one I adore not only because its a great family portrait, but because I love the people IN the photo. I have been photographing the Charles family since their oldest was a toddler and each and every session is awesome, memorable and a heck of a lot of fun!

The portrait of a child is a story near and dear to my heart and it is an image of healing, self love and growth. Almost daily I have someone mention Bri’s story or the Phoenix Project I am currently working on. White Family

The White family was in the studio this month to capture some images now that there are THREE kiddos. This big brother and sister really adore their little brother and the hardest part of the session was figuring out who got to hold him! He was the sweetest, happiest little guy, I think he is showered in so much love there is no room in his world for any unhappiness!

My fur babies are a big part of my family, so I love it when we include other families pets as part of their family portraits. For Kristina, her dog Captain is a big part of her life, so we did a studio session of the two of them. Captain is a riot and really put on a show for me!
