Maclay Gardens is Tallahassee’s most iconic portrait location because it is beautiful all year long, but for a few weeks each year it is absolutely breath-taking. The entire park is full of blooms and it feels like paradise. On March 16, 2019, we will offer family mini-sessions at Maclay Gardens to capture this gorgeous landscape and the wonderful weather with a handful of Tallahassee families.
Each $69 mini-session is 30 minutes and can accommodate families of up to eight people. Sessions are by appointment only and session fees are non-refundable. The session fee includes the time at the park, retouching of all the final images and an in-studio order session to help with your purchase decisions. All prints, products and digital files are purchased separately and discounted packages are available starting at $199. There is no minimum order.

Colson is made to be squeezed. Every time I see him those cheeks are just begging for it! Admit it… you wanna squeeze them too! He is such a happy kid I swear he is the poster baby for having a million kids! His session was one big laugh-fest and I love all the funny expressions he gave me! I say each session of his is my newest favorite!

When a great friend and amazing stylist wants new branding images for her website and social media, I jump for joy and squeal with excitement! I have done headshots of Laura before, but it gives me so much joy and satisfaction to share my art with people that mean so much to me! Also, Laura shares her art with me on the regular– dealing with MY hair in addition to styling countless clients and models for photo shoots! I love the images I captured of Laura, especially her laugh which is absolutely infectious! She is such a ray of sunshine in my life and to get that in camera is the best! Baby Marshall had a few bumps in the road for his first year, but after a few surgeries, this feisty little guy is moving at the speed of light! Now that he is running, the last thing he wanted to do was sit or be held by mom and dad for family portraits! I am so glad we did this session on location in Southwood so he had the room to move!

Baby Manuel was back in the studio for his six month portraits and I hoped he would never leave! Just look at that cute smile! All that hair! And he is just as sweet as he looks! I am so glad I get to photograph his whole first year!
