Oh I could just cry! We finished Mia’s Watch Me Grow plan with a family session at Maclay Gardens and I just hate that our whole year of photo sessions is finished! Mia hardly looks like a baby anymore either! Her little girl pig tails are the most precious thing on the planet, but they remind me of just how much she has grown! I will hate not seeing this wonderful family every few months!

I doubt its a secret that I love photographing women. I find so much beauty in women– women of all shapes, sizes, ages, colors. But beyond just capturing that beauty, when I can show a woman how beautiful she really is, and she gets to keep that image forever to remind her of it? That is one of the most fulfilling parts of my job.

Ashley let me choose from our new maternity dresses for her maternity portrait session at Dorothy B. Oven park. With the rich colors and blooms in the park I really wanted to use deep jewel tone colors. Ashley was a little skeptical since these aren’t colors she normally wears, but just look how stunning and regal she looks! At the end of the session, I think she realized that this color palette works really well for her because of all the compliments!

Baby Fitz is beyond newborn perfection! He is the perfect amount of baby squishiness and held every pose for his newborn portraits! He definitely fought sleep, but I won’t complain about having to snuggle him to sleep!

The Green Boys

How cool would it be to have a best friend at birth? Not like a sibling, cause that relationship is DEFINITELY different than friendship, but someone you would grow up with that was the same age as you… well the Green Boys have just that! Cousins that are only two weeks apart, they get to grow up together and always have a buddy that they can count on!

Its that time of year! Our biggest mini-session event each year is back just in time for Easter! Ducks & Bunnies mini-sessions will be photographed in our studio gardens March 29, 30 and 31, 2019.

Each thirty minute session can accommodate families of up to six. We photograph the whole family, some portraits of just the kids and lots of fun interactions with the animals!

The session fee includes your session time, retouching of all the final images and an in-studio order session to make your purchase decisions. All prints, products and digital files are purchased separately and can be ordered from our normal pricing menu, or we have special discounted packages available starting at $199.
