I get very attached to all of my brides, but walking into Julia & Ray’s wedding it felt like everyone involved was an immediate friend. Julia’s nervous excitement, tears of joy and barely-containable leaps of joy at the reception kept a smile on my face all day, but the generally fairly stoic Ray’s hugs of thank you at the end of the night were priceless to us.

Michelle and Oliver are planning their wedding long distance from Texas, so I was thrilled that we could squeeze an engagement session into their quick Tallahassee trip! Michelle & Oliver were so much fun to photograph– they were both so comfortable with the camera and comfortable with each other. They cracked each other up almost the entire session, which tells me that their wedding is going to be super fun!

Remember the girls in high school? Most were high maintenance, dramatic, self involved… well, at least at my school! 😉 Mikayla could not be more different– she is so incredibly laid back and down to Earth… its almost as if she is a decade older than she really is!

Makenzie was our latest senior from Lincoln High School to come into the studio for her senior portrait session. She was so much fun and is a really cool, laid back, low maintenance kind of girl. With plans to go into nursing, I can totally see her chill personality working well in that career.
