Peyton is an incredibly precocious, sweet, outgoing little girl and I had so much fun having her in the studio for her 2 year portraits! I have known her mom for years and it really looks to me like Peyton is a total mix of both her mom and her dad. With her hair just starting to curl, it really makes me wonder if she will end up with a mane of curls like her mom!
I don’t normally post composites on the blog, but when I looked at Baby Audrey’s images that is exactly what I saw in my mind! This sweet little girl is so expressive and made a million different faces for me! Just narrowing it down to six was tough!
If you follow Long’s Photography on Facebook, you have probably seen some Model Calls we have been posting recently. Olyn and I made a New Year’s resolution to do more personal projects and stretch ourselves creatively. I have been having the absolute best time with these sessions and I have a handful more that I would like to work on before things get crazy again when it warms up outside.
Models who are selected for the model call will receive the model session at no charge and also an 8×10 print at their order session. They are welcome to order any additional images they would like, but there is no obligation.
Currently, we are looking for:
-Newborn twins (less than 3 weeks old, or moms who are still expecting)
-Nude female model for artistic figure study
-Female model for fashion pinup session (must have some pinup style outfits)
-Heavily tattooed man for figure study
-Newborn babies less than 1 week old
-High school age athletes who have their uniform (football, cheerleading, basketball, volleyball, etc)

I know I am an oddball (no comments, please!), but I think a pouting baby is probably the most adorable thing in the universe. I know I am supposed to capture all the smiling happy faces, but deep down when I see a pout it makes me melt. Baby Liliana has the sweetest little grumpy face– it just makes my world better. She was a super star for her newborn portraits yesterday. At just over a week old, she was so sleepy and sweet and let me do pretty much anything I wanted. So, yes, I fell in love with her completely!
I know you aren’t supposed to call a boy beautiful, but that is exactly the word for Baby Robbie. With those chubby cheeks and head full of hair, he is just beautiful! He was such an angel for his session and made my job cake!
