Ok, its time again for me to be the proud mommy and show off my little boy! 🙂 Ethan just turned six months old, but the little goober seems to think he should be walking already. He is desperately trying to crawl and can already pull up to his knees. It means my days of calm baby life are coming to an end! Any day now he is going to take off! So, while he is still relatively stationary, I thought I would use him as another model for our angel portraits.

Effective August 1st, we will be adjusting some of our print pricing. Small prints such as 5x7s and 8x10s will see a small increase, while some of the larger sizes and framing options will now include some more affordable options. We are also broadening the lineup of albums that we have available for portrait clients. We are always committed to providing our clients with the widest range of products and price points and we will continue to search for new, innovative and contemporary products.
All sessions booked for the month of August will receive current print pricing, and any sessions scheduled after August 30th will receive the new pricing. As always, we are happy to answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to email Linda@LongsPhotography.com

Miss Addy and Miss Mollie were gracious enough to model for us last week as we are putting together a new limited edition portrait special. I have to say, this was one of my favorite sessions ever. The girls are so unbelievably cute and they are as different as night and day! Mollie is as laid back and chill as a baby could ever be, while Miss Addy is a bit more particular in what she likes and doesn’t like. I am just so glad we could have them in the studio and I can honestly say that I am in love with the way their portraits turned out!

There are some families who we have photographed for years and they become one of “our families”. With that, I mean that the kids know us, trust us and allow us to really photograph them as they are. We know how to make them laugh and what types of images mom likes. We know their interests, hobbies, school stories, their pets names and what milestones they have just passed in life. It is a wonderful, comfortable place that gives us some of our favorite images ever. Michael, Evangel and their entire family are definitely one of “ours” and we always look forward to their sessions!

Hmmm… two boys four years apart… sounds really familiar to me! 🙂 I was so glad to capture Tysen’s one year portraits and also get a few of Kolby to celebrate his fifth birthday. It was really cool to see boys with the same age difference as ours and how awesome they get along!
