Ayush
Ayush has a house full of big sisters, so you have to expect he would quickly get a nickname. So, he is already being called “Yoshi” by most of his family! I love it and I think it suits him quite well!
Grayson
Grayson developed the most amazing “shy guy” response to attention where he grins and ducks his little face down. As though this stud wasn’t heartbreaker enough, this new move puts him way over the top! There isn’t a girl out there that could be immune to his charm!
Time to Celebrate!
I have been meaning to make this post for the past month, but I think I have been in shock! At the Florida Professional Photographers annual conference, I received some pretty big honors! I received my Florida Degree of Photographic Excellence for my continued success in print competition over the years. I knew that one was coming, but I was quite surprised with what came next!
My image, “Death Becomes Her” won first place in the Illustrative category, won the Certified Professional Photographer Award, the American Society of Photographers Award and then won me the Becker Award! The Becker Award is the highest award given in Florida and it is awarded to the most creative image in print competition. I have always wanted to earn this honor, but I figured it was years and years down the road!
Lastly, I finished the night by earning a spot in Florida’s Top Ten Photographers. This is the third year that I have received this honor and I am absolutely over the moon! I am so grateful to FPP for the education and friendships that it has given me through the years. I am excited to give back to this great organization and accepted the position of Print Competition Manager for 2017!
I can’t share my award winning image, as it still has to go through district and national judging, but here is a quick snap from the awards night!
Grayson
Yay! Grayson was back in the studio this week for his three month baby plan photos! Hes such a handsome guy and he was in total model mode for the session! Just look at that “Blue Steel” face!
