Dorothy Oven Park Mini-Sessions

Our very last Saturday of mini-sessions in 2021 will be Saturday, November 13th at Dorothy B. Oven Park. Dorothy Oven is probably my favorite park because there are SO many different backgrounds just steps from each other. It makes it the perfect place to do mini-sessions and really get the most out of each session time! Each $69 session fee can accommodate up to eight people.

After lots of weather and sickness reschedules, the Picado family finally got to meet up with me in Southwood! Its such a fun location to let the kids and the doggie play and get some beautiful new family portraits!

The Chew Family

Families are always in a state of change. The kids are growing up, you are adding new inlaws, new grandkids, etc. For some reason, we seem to only do family portraits when we have babies and toddlers, but the value of an updated family portrait transcends age! I am so glad the Chew family could come into the studio and get an updated family portrait with their two new additions!

Brown Family

Whew! This is an emotional one for me!! I have photographed the Brown Family since their oldest was a tiny newborn. With each milestone, I was there. Two years ago, their family grew as they started fostering the most adorable little girl. I have been watching from the sidelines and cheering as that process changed from fostering to adoption. Through a lot of hurdles, delays, and covid, the process finally came to completion and this is their very first OFFICIAL family portrait as a family of FIVE! YAY!! This makes my soul beyond happy in a thousand ways. This is undoutedly and undeniably part of God’s plan and I am enormously humbled and grateful that I have the honor to capture these milestones and memories for this awesome family!
