I don’t have the power to go back in time, but I can fix SOME things that have happened in the past!  For the Payton family, there were two goals for their session– to create new family portraits and to capture some images of Ms. Y in her wedding dress.  She wasn’t happy with her wedding images from years ago and really wanted some beautiful portraits in her gown, so we did just that!  I love that now she has artful memories of her family and with her wedding dress!

Giving the gift of photography means that you are giving a gift that will be valued forever!  There are very few things that people appreciate more over time, but family portraits are definitely one of them!

For the Wright Family, the gifted session was even more special because we did it in their backyard.  I am SO glad that we got the session in, even with tired toddlers and lightning in the background, we captured some beautiful images of this special family!

After thirteen years of photographing Ducks and Bunnies mini-sessions I thought I would be tired or burned out of the experience, but I honestly get reinvigorated each and every year.  I always try to change up the set a bit and stretch myself creatively, but the best part is always seeing the children’s faces as they interact with the animals!

This year is definitely one of the best years yet!  The weather was perfect and we had SO many adorable families share their kids with us!  Plus, we had a super model bunny this year who posed perfectly for the camera!
