Miss Erilyn has reminded me of her big brother since the first time I saw her. I would see glimpses of her big sister in her, but for her one year portrait session I saw her transform into her sassy big sister over and over! She is hilarious and daring and will definitely keep her siblings and her parents on their toes!
Kamal is another baby I thought would never arrive! I was waiting months and months to meet the newest FAMU Rattler! I photographed his big sister’s newborn portraits a few years ago, so I knew we had to incorporate FAMU into the session to keep up with her! Kamal is such a sweet little guy and just let us do all kinds of different poses! Just look at those cute cheeks! They melt my heart!
It felt like Miss Riley would never get here! I photographed her parents wedding a few years ago, so I was thrilled to hear they were expecting their first baby! I knew we would have to include some maize and blue for these Michigan alums, so I started thinking about the session when I first heard about the pregnancy. But I am so used to finding out about newborn sessions in the last few months of a pregnancy… I was quite impatient by the time this beautiful girl finally arrived! I do have to say she is an absolute angel and definitely worth the wait!

Little Kostka is one of the smiliest infants I have ever photographed! Not only does he have the most precious grin, but its absolutely contagious! Every time I look at his images I start smiling all over again!
My super baby, Cameron, is a year old!! This hilarious little dude came into the world far too early, but that seems to be his feisty little personality! He is definitely one of the happiest, sweetest babies you will ever meet… its almost as if the early scares made him appreciate the world at a really mature level! I have loved every moment of photographing Cam and his parents. Every time they come into the studio, they brighten my day! So, now I just have to invent reasons to bring them in for my “fix” of Cam!
