Grady

Grady

When I look at Grady’s images I instantly hear his little growly grunty voice!  This little dude has a LOT to say and is almost constantly making noise– even in his sleep!  I was so glad we were able to get him into the studio just before his ACTUAL due date.  Even though this guy came into the world early, he is full of personality and energy!

Kashdinn

Kashdinn

Baby Kashdinn is such a little ham!  He really lights up in front of the camera and is ready to put on a show!  He is absolutely hilarious and I loved every moment of photographing him!

Claire

Claire

I feel like it took FOREVER for Baby Claire to get here!  I have known for months and months and from the moment I heard, I started planning her newborn session.  For her big sister, we included dad’s firefighter gear so this time I wanted to also include a nod to mom’s EMS career.  So, Claire got to do both and got to play with some other new fun props!  I am so honored to watch this family grow and capture images that they will treasure!  Being the family historian is one of the coolest perks of this job!

Marisa

Marisa

Marisa is such a sweet, happy baby, but for her portrait session she decided to play it cool!  When we could get her to laugh or smile she would drop her head down or put her hands in front of her face.  It was like she was determined to only give us those super model cool looks!  Even without huge smiles she is absolutely gorgeous and I am so glad she could come into the studio to play!

Kayden

Kayden

“Newborn portraits” are generally only done in the first two to three weeks of baby’s life, but sometimes (especially in a pandemic), parents aren’t able to get into the studio that fast.  Many parents feel disappointed that they won’t get a newborn session after that initial window, but I still photograph a newborn type session up to eight weeks.  Since babies develop and change so quickly, not all the newborn type poses are possible, but we are still able to capture a big variety of images!

Baby Kayden was six weeks old when we did his session and while he was determined to stay awake and watch me, we did get a lot of variety of awake and asleep images.  Plus, look at how much those chubby cheeks had filled in!
