Olyn and I managed to get away from Tallahassee for a week long beach vacation. We got some much needed R&R and spent everyday playing with our two boys, Thatcher and Ethan. Of course, I did make time for a very quick beach photo session as part of the trip! The beach photos were right at sunset, just after a thunderstorm. We only had a few minutes of light left on the beach, but we made the best of our quick photo shoot! Now back in Tallahassee, I am most definitely missing the beach!

Meet teeny tiny little Mr. Rex! He is just the sweetest little man and was so good for his newborn portrait session! At only 10 days old, you can already tell he has a feisty little attitude when he doesn’t like something! I am so excited to watch this little guy grow up!

Summer is here and its time to go outside and have some fun! What better way to celebrate summer (and our daily showers), than have a mud puddle portrait special?? On Saturday, July 27th we will be having Limited Edition Mud Puddle portrait sessions outside our studio. Each session is $29 and can accommodate up to two children. Children must be at least six months old, but we strongly encourage sessions for children over the age of three. The next Photo Basics class is Saturday, August 3rd from 9am until noon. This class is geared to NON-professional photographers! This class is for the average person looking to take better images, understand their camera better, and who just wants to understand what all the books mean with their nonsense abbreviations. In the class, we will cover the basics of exposure, composition, camera functions and some basic photo editing using free software. The class is $99,and limited to 10 people per class.
