I really feel bad for any future suitors Baby Maddie will have when she is a teenager. With her gorgeous face, you just know that the guys will be lined up around the block… only to meet her two big brothers! I definitely think Reed and Cooper will end up being very protective of their little sis. She is so sweet and mellow, definitely a blessing as a third baby!

Baby Emily is still only two months old and is as tiny and sweet as can be, but you can already tell that she is going to be a very independent little lady. Many three month olds still struggle holding their heads up for very long, but not Emily! She wants to see the world! She was exhausted for her portrait session, but was very content to be up looking around at everything that is going on. My guess is that she will be an early crawler and walker and most definitely a very observant and aware little girl!

Ahhhh little girls– one of my most favorite kinds of portrait sessions is families with little girls. (Probably because I live in a house of all boys!) When I get to work with little girls, its all princesses, magic, twirls and silliness. These two little girls were especially fun– they are bright, energetic and absolutely hilarious. The Ramsey Family had everyone together for Thanksgiving this year– the first time in years. If you get them together, it definitely means you need to do a family portrait! Thank goodness the rain held off– the first half of the session we were dodging raindrops!

The Mitchells were down in Apalachicola for a little Thanksgiving break, so I came out to do their family portraits in time for the holidays. The weather was a total enemy though, the night before the session it turned really cold and really windy! They were such troopers and we made it through the session without frostbite!
