You know you have made an impression on a family when they book their flight to Tallahassee and then immediately call us to book their session! I was so happy to see Asher Dov again and to meet his little brother, Ezra. It really made me smile how amazingly different these two little boys are. I know my brother and I are opposite on most everything, so its great to see we are not the only ones!

The first time I photographed Tre he hadn’t even been born yet. From maternity portraits with his mom and dad, through his first year and his second birthday we have been so thrilled to capture Tre as he grows. I was even happier to have him back in the studio this year for his THIRD birthday! I am always amazed at how much they change between two and three… they go from not talking too terribly much to chatting your ear off, playing jokes and being little people! I had so much fun with Tre… I mean, seriously look at those big brown eyes! Who wouldn’t fall in love with this little guy?

We are so excited– Santa Claus is making an early trip down to Tallahassee from the North Pole so we can have TWO portrait days with him! On Saturday, November 20th and Sunday, November 21st, Santa will be here at the studio for’ portrait sessions! We have the studio all decked out with a great holiday set– perfect for beautiful holiday images of your little ones. The session will include images of your child both with Santa as well as images of just them in our wonderful holiday set. The 30 minute session can accommodate up to three siblings ages newborn to 12 years and is only $39. Because of time constraints, we can only have one outfit per child for the session.

Its so easy to get stuck in a rut. You just find what works and creativity shuts down. Having clients like Callie who give us total trust and freedom allows us to fight against that and come up with some beautiful new images. I am so thankful that she let us go play, that Capital City Country Club gave us free reign of their wonderful location, that the amazing Edna Hall of A Touch of Class Florist supplied an awesome bouquet and that Victoria Landy and Bekah did a wonderful job on the hair and makeup!
