I swear my jaw drops open almost every time one of our Watch Me Grow babies come into the studio. The last time I photographed Audrey she was less than two weeks old and super tiny. Now, she is three months old and is so chubby and delicious! 🙂 She was a super trooper for her session and let me know real quick what poses she was OK with and what she didn’t care for. She is so smiley and sweet, but when she doesn’t like something she really lets you know!

This is our second year of honoring military spouses and we are expanding to include civilians as well! On Saturday, July 16th we are offering no-charge boudoir mini-sessions to the wives and fiances of our military. If you are a civilian, you can be a part of this great event with a $99 session fee that will be donated directly to the Wounded Warrior Project. All sessions are 30 minutes, are photographed on a black backdrop in the studio by Linda Long and include professional hair styling by Sara Kimmel of Papillon Salon and Spa in Thomasville (224-6022). There is no minimum order for these sessions. Because session times are so limited, we are asking that if you had a session time last year that you allow others to take advantage of the event this year. Children ages 1-10 who have birthdays in June or July can schedule a no-session fee quick-take portrait on Wednesday June 22nd. Sessions are all photographed on a white background and because sessions are so short, we are limited to only one outfit per child. There are no minimum orders with the sessions. Thank you to everyone who voted in the Cute Family Contest! We had nearly a thousand votes in the contest, but we have finally verified the winner! As all of our contests seem to be, this one was really close so we have decided to also award two runners up! Each runner up will receive a free family portrait session with Long’s Photography, while the winning family receives a free family portrait session and framed 11×14 print. All sessions may be redeemed M-F from 9-5 and must be completed before July 15th.
Our runners up are…. the Pearson Family and the Delgado Family! And Tallahassee’s Cutest Family for 2011 is….. The BRANDON FAMILY!
