We had such an awesome family portrait session yesterday with the Blackburn family in Southwood. The weather already made us reschedule the session once, so despite the dark looking skies, we went ahead with the session. The sky threatened to storm, but we managed to get everything in before it really started to rain. Day In the Life-- Eli, Sarah and Savannah

Eli, Sarah and Savannah are some of my favorite clients-- they are always game for any of my new ideas. So they were the perfect guniea pigs for one of our newest offerings-- Day in the Life Portraits. We spend the day with your family, capturing you as you truly are in your everyday.

For Eli, Sarah and Savannah, we started early, had a little breakfast, watched some TV, played at home, went to the playground, walked Muffy the puppy, went for icecream and then took a nap. Below is just the tiniest peek of a really fun day!

Yesterday I went over to Southwood to take engagement portraits of my friend Tiffany and her fiance, Bryan. It is such an honor to photograph those who you care about, but it always makes me nervous-- I want to do such a good job for them! Here are a few I like, I hope they feel the same!

A double-header Saturday

Olyn and I split up on Saturday to cover separate weddings. I don't think the weather could have been more different between our two events!

I photographed Terri and Steve's wedding at St. George Island where there was hardly a cloud in the sky. Olyn stayed in Tallahassee to capture Staci and Andrew's wedding at Maclay Gardens, in between torrential downpours!
