Stephanie and David

The weather was absolutely stunning, but changed all day long! From sunny to cloudy and windy!
The little flowergirl broke her elbow a week before the wedding, but she was so incredibly sweet! The kids stayed inside for the ceremony, but she stayed glued to the window, watching her "princess" aunt.
The groom's nephew didn't seem to be as interested in the ceremony...
We had a few minutes of quiet time after the ceremony...
I loved Stephanie's dress-- the corset backs always look so romantic!
David was a real trooper in his all black tux in the sun.
Penny did a phenomenal job with the reception decor-- the Showboat looked great and everything went so smoothly!
One of the major things I like about the Showboat is the balcony, so you can see the entire reception.
And they ended the night with a sparkler farewell.

I love Mandy's image of Melissa coming down the stairs!
I think my favorite part of the day comes between the formal portraits and the reception. This is the time when our couples can spend a few minutes together before the whirlwind of dances, toasts and hugs.
Penny at Coalson Plantation did an amazing job on all the flowers!
Melissa has one of those infectious smiles. It is so genuine that it makes you want to smile too!

And a little love for the groom...
It was so funny as I posed the bride and groom for their

Myra Jean's once again did an amazing job with the cake!
...but I don't think Sarah and Rob will get too far with this kind of horsepower!
A little mood music:
I love how intently Jason watched Reagan come down the aisle.

Some puppy love!
Reagan and Jason had one of the best cakes I've seen in quite a while.
After a little coaching on where to cut the cake, they did great!

A tad eclectic:
