Summer
Summer is an absolutely beautiful girl– both inside and out. I first met her this past spring at a wedding and I was so thrilled when she called for a senior portrait session!

Brenda’s Senior Portraits
I think Brenda’s schedule is about as crazy as mine! I thought she would be kicked back enjoying a lazy summer before her senior year, but this chick is off and running everywhere! I was so glad we were able to find a time to squeeze in her senior portraits before the real craziness begins again with school in August!

Ashley’s Senior Portraits
Olyn is going to kill me for blogging about this, but its too funny not to! I am in near hysterical laughter through all of our senior portrait sessions because somehow they turn Olyn into a 17 year old girl. I think the man is more of a teenage girl than I ever was! He is exclaiming, “OMG!”, “Work it girl!”, and “So Hawt!” I think I will just keep booking these sessions for the comic relief of it! Thankfully Ashley found him to be pretty funny and was super cool for her session with us!

Derek
Even though we photograph seniors each and every year, it takes me a bit to get used to looking UP to a senior guy. Derek was definitely one I had to pull out the ladder to photograph– its obvious why this guy plays basketball! He was great for his session and had an awesome sense of humor as I harassed him for smiles and put him in uncomfortable poses.
Sara’s Senior Portraits
Tallahassee seniors don’t tend to get senior portraits taken outside what the school photographer does and I think its such a shame! Hardly ever are the school ones the best portraits and they don’t have that much variety… I think seniors are each so unique and different, from their personal style, interests, personalities, etc. So, Olyn and I are on a mission to show seniors that they have options with their senior portraits! Sara was the first senior model for the 2012 class that we had in the studio and she was beyond awesome. She and Olyn instantly clicked and they harassed each other the entire session. It was kind of nice having someone else around to give him a hard time!
We still have just a few spots left for senior models. If you are in the class of 2012 at Leon, Chiles, Lincoln, NFC or Maclay and you would like to be one of our senior models, email Linda@LongsPhotography.com

Brittany & Kendra
It sounds so silly, but I have never done a portrait session at FAMU. I don’t know why that is, but it made for a great adventure Friday afternoon with Brittany & Kendra! I love that they incorporated the major landmarks of the university into their graduation images! They were great tour guides for me, but they made even better models… even drawing some stares from bystanders!
