LaRae and Sean

I feel so blessed to spend my days capturing once in a lifetime moments. No wedding has been as special for me to photograph as LaRae and Sean's. How often do two of your childhood friends marry each other?? Olyn and I had an absolute blast photographing their wedding and the debauchery that followed!

Special thanks to Mandy Mayfield for second shooting with us!

Kristine and Zack

I photographed Kristine and Zack, owners of Consign and Design, at Los Robles Park this weekend for their Christmas cards. These two have such a great sense of style-- they even brought a piece of furniture along with them! Not only have they moved back to town and opened a new business, but they are also planning a wedding! You can check them out online at www.furnishingtallahassee.com

Monica and Jacob

I don't think there is ever anything as nerve-wracking for a photographer as photographing other photographers! We spent Sunday afternoon photographing Monica and Jacob from IMJ Photography. It was so fun and different to photograph a couple who are used to being on the other side of the camera. Hope they like the end result!

Latisha and Adam

Saturday we went to Apalachicola to photograph Latisha and Adam's wedding at Lafayette Park. There were a few bumps in the road-- some missing rings and some unwelcome insect guests, but Latisha and Adam handled it with grace and style. Their love for one another and for their families was so powerful throughout the day.

Special thanks to IMJ Photography for coming over from Gainesville to second shoot!

The Taylors

I had a Christmas card session yesterday with the Taylor family. Two young boys and a tiny baby girl definitely made the shoot interesting! It really took me back to when my brother and I used to fight... "MOM! He's looking at me!" I managed to coerce poor Mabry and Pace to pose together for a few shots, in between wrestling matches. :)

Here are two of the cards I designed for them:

The Bennett Twins are BACK!

The Bennett twins were back in the studio for their Christmas card session today. It was trouble times two! They were excellent models-- despite teething and empty tummies!

The Garber Family

I was back at Maclay Gardens this morning to photograph the Garber family for their Christmas. Sydney must be the most outgoing child I have ever photographed! She made the shoot SO much fun and I have to admit her giggles are completely contagious!

Tiffany and Jason

I photographed Tiffany and Jason yesterday at Maclay Gardens for their engagement portraits. They were absolutely hilarious, especially Jason, who let me know right away that there would be no "rolling around on the ground."
