Dana & Richy; Jessica & Keith

I went up to Myrtlewood Plantation in Thomasville to photograph Dana and Richy's lakeside wedding. The couple broke with tradition and saw each other before the ceremony, allowing for some quiet portrait time before the wedding chaos began.

Olyn photographed Jessica and Keith's wedding at a historic Victorian home in Chipley. They were lucky enough to have loving friends and family to handle the decorating and last minute details so the couple was able to enjoy their day.

Ann-Marie and Jack; Annie and Aaron

I went down to Gainesville for the weekend to third shoot Ann-Marie and Jack's wedding at the Baughman Center at UF. I had the extreme privilege to work with two amazing photographers-- Monica and Jacob of IMJ Photography. (www.imjphotography.com) It is so refreshing to work with other photographers who you respect-- it recharges your creativity and pushes you to produce better, more innovative images. Ann-Marie and Jack were an awesome, fun-loving couple who really made the day a blast!

Olyn was yet again in Panama City-- this time to photograph Annie and Aaron's wedding. Working with a laid back couple like Annie and Aaron really makes this job a lot of fun! Especially when you have an adventurous bridal party... but we will keep the blog G rated!

Miss Briley

I photographed six week old Briley yesterday for her birth announcements. She was born four weeks early and is still sooo tiny!

Emily and Mike

Olyn was back in Panama City yesterday to photograph Emily and Mike's beach wedding. The cool fall weather and cloudless sky made it a wonderful day for a wedding, even some dolphins thought so!

Mike Raynor's Retirement

I went over to Golden Eagle last night to photograph a retirement party for Mike Raynor. It was really inspiring to hear about Mike's achievements over the last 32 years with Bellsouth.

Why does everything break at once!?

ARGH. Well, if you have tried reaching us in the last two days, you have probably had some trouble. We made some changes to our phone plan and the tech accidentally cancelled our voicemail. Then, the server went down for LongsPhotography.net. This means that not only can you not view the site, but the email is not working.

Album Reminder

Just a reminder to everyone who already has an album draft from us, you MUST give us your edits no later than OCTOBER 15th to be on track to receive your album by Christmas! If you have not yet submitted your list, or you miss the October 15th deadline, your album will likely be delivered in mid-January.

Please understand that we are doing everything we can to deliver your albums as quickly as possible, but our album manufacturers have given us very specific deadlines that we must meet.
