Natalie and David

Natalie and David's wedding introduced me to one of Tallahassee's newest (and most beautiful) churches-- Trinity Reformed Church. The natural light combined with all the spring flowers and the warm weather really made this February day warm and intimate.

My favorite realtor

Last summer we could not decide whether we could build a new house or if we should try to just buy one. We were lucky enough to have a fabulous real estate agent, Dustin Heintz, who PATIENTLY showed us house after house. He did so much research and worked so hard to find something that would meet our needs.

Ever grateful for his immense patience, I had the opportunity to do a bit of work for Dustin this past weekend. :)

Spring Portrait Sessions!

As I sit here shivering, I know we are all looking forward to the warm spring weather. With that in mind, many of you have already booked your spring portrait sessions-- engagments, bridals, family, etc. I am really looking forward to all of them, but for those who have yet to book their sessions--

WE ARE COMPLETELY BOOKED FOR THE MONTH OF MAY! I can hardly believe it, but there are no available sessions for the entire month!

So, if you have not yet booked your date, email or call me as soon as you can so that we can fit you into the remaining slots in March and April. It starts getting really warm in June and we all know how hot July is in Tallahassee, so be sure to get your spring session scheduled as soon as you can!

Allison and Scott

I photographed Allison and Scott yesterday at Maclay Gardens for their engagement portraits. Scott's unease was obvious as soon as they arrived, but after about 10 minutes he started commenting, "This really isn't bad! I'm actually having fun!" I swear every one of my grooms comments on how much he hates having pictures taken, but the majority comment later on how painless the process actually was. I swear y'all-- its not like going to the dentist!
